not so good but it wasnt very bad either

the room was amazing. its spacious. the toilet was also very spacious.

1) we came in, and asked for 2 extra pillows. the pillows was dusty. 2) no instructions were given on how to work the projector. wifi was rather slow. front desk staff also dont know how to use it. had to buy hdmi connector to screen mirror our phone 3) the shower head water pressure was sooooo weak. didnt have a great shower this morning. 4) iron board is shared. had to go up to level 2 to use. not convenient for hijabis. once all these issues are fixed, i think this hotel would be perfect!

Needs a makeover

The lady at the front desk was very nice but advised me on arrival that the room we had booked was flooded and so we’d only have the one remaining room which was a small dingy room that was a lower caliber room with no cinema function. Not happy with this I was upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was not a suite - the bath looks dirty and the fixtures and fittings are dated and old which arguably is mice in terms of the feel of the place; but not when you feel it’s dirty. The TV would not switch on so I went to call reception but oh wait, no phone either. Didn’t meet my expectations and nothing I could do about it at 11pm so I decided to leave before midnight. So essentially paid for 4 hours only.

Stay away!

Decent location

Do not be fooled by all the nice photos and advertisements on their profile. Rooms are very small and dated with stains on walls and bedding. Damaged tiles in the bathroom. There is this damp and musty smell in the room which makes you feel sick instantly. We checked in at 9 PM and walked out 30 mins later to find another hotel nearby.

Disappointing

Location wise as it is near to bugis and arab street.

The room itself. Bathtub was spoilt, no water stoppage. The glass was cover with tape and watermark. Even the TV could only play certain channel. Is the hotel under reno or what?

If not for its location i wouldn’t have booked it. I just didnt know that I’d stay in a room that dirty.

It’s close to the train station and very nice neighborhood.

It is not well kept. Very dirty, dusty and even has moldy walls. The bathroom floors are not tiled, they’re just painted so its kinda weird. The interiors look good but then it is not well maintained.

Man in the reception was really friendly and helpful.

Room was cleaned only if asked for it. Bedsheets were worn and had stains. Room looked very different in pictures and it is really in need of renovating. Same with other spaces of hotel as well.

Location. Bugis is the best location for food enthusiasts. I believe this is the sole advantage for the hotel.

Facilities and rooms in need of refurbishment and overhaul. Everything seems so dated and not well maintained. The hotel's owner should invest more to make it decent enough for the customers.

Helpful staff, overall here is not too bad but can be better!

Staff helped us A LOT to fix things, so grateful <3 Located not too far from both Lavender and Bugis station

Facing some problems during our stay: door lock did not work properly because of low battery, water dropped from ceiling in the bathroom, and a bit noisy at night.

Love the location. Stay would have been better with proper housekeeping and maintenance done.

Location was good, staff was nice.

For the price paid, they would definitely need proper maintenance/reno - most things were old and not well maintained. Housekeeping was not done properly, lots of dust everywhere. Hot water was not available for some rooms. No hair dryer.

Customer service tiptop. We all enjoy it.

My kids love the pool and bath tub.

Nothing I didn’t like. Maybe just few things you need to replace. The aircon wall got patches due to the paint work. The rest is all ok.
